A large, beautifully landscaped and well-kept garden plot with pine trees and many Mediterranean flowers and plants surrounds this lovely holiday home. On the ground floor of the house, between dense trees and beautiful garden views, is the Matina 1 holiday flat. In winter 2024, the formerly small Matina 1 holiday flat was extended, renovated and converted into a modern, bright, comfortable large holiday flat. The large living room with wonderful views of the countryside offers guests plenty of space and direct access to the terrace and garden. This is adjoined by the modern open-plan kitchen. A small hallway leads from the living room to both bedrooms and the shared bathroom. Each bedroom has direct access to the covered terrace or the garden. The BBQ area in the garden of the house is shared by both holiday flats. The beautiful, nearby sandy bay of Farmaka is about 150 metres away and can be easily reached via a level path and a few steps. If you want to spend your holiday close to the sea, in the middle of nature, in a well-kept, quiet environment, then this well-kept holiday flat is the perfect choice.
