POSH HIGH RISE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX TO LIVE IN SOUTH MUMBAI..CLOSE TO EVERYYTHING MUMBAI HAS TO OFFER..AND I AM ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP WITH SUGGESTIONS AND ADVICE IF NEEDED..Has an elevator that comes straight to the apartment. Building has security guards 24/7..and security cameras all around..The room has all the necessary amenities..and I will be HAPPY to provide any others if needed..The room is very comfortable and cosy to make one feel at home..though away from home.. Guest access Can get access to the dinning room to have yr meals..and to a very clean a well equipped kitchen.. During your stay I can suggest places where you can visit and i also show you around if you want me to for a nominal fee which is much more reasonable than that of a tour guide.A tour can be organized in an AIRCON car to Leopold cafe..The Gateway Of India..Causeway shopping strip..Marine Drive..Chowpatty Beach..Marine Lines..Churchgate Station..CST STATION..etc..AND timings are flexi and to your convenience so you do not have to rush to catch the tour..MY GUEST'S COMFORT IS TOP PRIORITY TO ME.. Other things to note Lots of shops just across.. An Arcade with ATM'S...RESTURANTS..BANKS...HAIR DRESSERS..DOCTORS..24 Hour CHEMIST ..ETC.. NOTE: JUST A MENTION..i have another room also to rent which is opposite this one..so IF NEED BE..there are two rooms ...BOTH LISTED .Both are private and both rooms have attached bathrooms..Amenities and everything is the same in both rooms.
