Home in Valença

Located on an old farm in the Minho region that goes back centuries, this once served as an annex to the estate's main residence, a farmhouse dating to 1897 that was a family home until the time of my grandparents. Over the years the building served various different purposes until, in the middle of the last century, it was used as a store for firewood. By the start of this century the house was in quite a poor state, so we decided to rebuild it and bring it back to life. The space The living room has a TV, fireplace, fully-equipped kitchenette and dining table. Of the 2 bedrooms, the larger one has a double bed while the other has a three-quarter bed – ideal for two children or an adult. Bed linen is supplied. The bathroom has shower and bath towels. An outdoor grill means you can make delicious barbecues.
