Cozy apartment for two, with kitchen and bathroom, in the heart of sunny Chiemgau in Upper Bavaria. Near Traunstein, Salzburg, Chiemsee, Waginger See, Alps. Ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours, winter sports, city sightseeing, bathing pleasure. The space Cozy basement apartment on the east side of our house with its own entrance in a typical Bavarian country house. Large garden with pond & seating, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Located in the small village of Lauter, Gemeine Surberg near Traunstein (district town of Chiemgau). Great inn, small Edeka market and ATM in the village. The apartment can be well centrally heated, preferably with the romantic tiled stove. The bed is 160 x 200 with a good, medium-hard cold foam mattress and very comfortable. Bed linen is provided, wool blankets and pillows provide a cozy atmosphere. The small kitchen has a two-burner electric stove, fridge and all the necessary appliances. A small basic set of drinks, coffee & tea, cereals, noodles, rice, spices, vinegar & oil, etc. awaits guests. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet, two sinks and towels. Wi-Fi, information material, books, magazines, games & a CD player with accessories are available. We deliberately did not have a TV. Guest access Private access to the basement apartment at the back of our house. Please let us know at our door if you need any help! Attention stairs! Apartment unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note Parking is restricted in winter. It is necessary to switch to other parking spaces in the village because of the snow removal service.
