The space Cely’s Place backs onto the Magenta Lake and Golf driving range providing north facing views of lush greenery and all-day sunlight. Downstairs offers an easy maintenance, open plan layout with modern kitchen equipped with quality appliances and all required cutlery and crockery and some basic condiments. A large dining setting to suit any family occasion seats up to 8-10 people. Head through the sliding doors to the rear patio area which is positioned overlooking the Golf Driving range, peaceful Golf Lake and water feature. All bedrooms are spacious in size, provide quality ceiling fans and include built-ins. Please note that the house does have a very strict no party and no pet policy.
