Can I check in early? ↪No. Due to the system and cleaning, the service is limited to 3pm. Q. Is there a luggage storage service? ↪No. There are coin lockers in the lobby on the first floor that you can use for 500 yen. Please use those to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Q. Is there a room cleaning service? ↪Basically no. Only available for guests staying 7 nights or more. Q. What should I do with my laundry? ↪There are washing machines and dryers in the lobby on the first floor, so you can do your laundry yourself. Q. Can I receive luggage that I have sent from somewhere else? ↪You can only receive luggage during front desk business hours, but there is no storage service. Your luggage will be stored in a paid coin locker. (500 yen per locker) Q. Is there a towel exchange service? ↪Only available for guests staying multiple nights, but if you would like one, please ask the front desk staff. Q. Do you lend out pajamas? ↪No amenities are provided in the rooms. Please ask the front desk staff if you would like to use them.
