Large gîte for work or relaxation

Welcome to our home! Our large house is ideal for a vacation or work. Everyone has their own space: 5 bedrooms, large living room, large table (12). Large sheltered outdoor space for smokers. Wi-Fi box with Netflix access. We are located 4 km from the Château de Chenonceau (by bike from the house 15 min by the banks of the Cher) 5 min by car. Beauval Zoo is 25 min away. Family park for young and old 15 min away... The space The house is large and spacious, (access is via a wide staircase of 10 steps.) The kitchen is open and overlooks a large terrace overlooking a large wooded garden, closed, ideal for children to play in nature! Large living areas, dining room, living room, to meet all together. Toilet paper, tea towels, tea, sugar, salt and pepper are provided on site. Guest access Entire accommodation except the basement Other things to note The house is accessed by a staircase of about ten steps. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility. ANIMALS: the presence of dogs, cats, or others must be reported. Pets are always welcome (no extra charge), unfortunately the damage and dirt are too numerous and especially hidden by the owners of the animals. Fees may be deducted if any problems occur.
