Located only: 6 mins from Adelaide International & Domestic Airport; 3 mins from Airport Security Parking; 6 mins from Priceline Netball Stadium; 11 mins from Entertainment Centre 11 mins from Adelaide CBD 13 mins from the Beach The space Beautifully appointed kitchen with double sinks, coffee machine, SMEG oven & dishwasher & basic supplies, there is plenty of room for the whole family. Slide open the glass doors to enjoy a sunny alfresco breakfast or late afternoon relaxing drink in the tasteful enclosed outdoor entertaining area. A 65" Smart TV is located in the downstairs living area and a 55" Smart TV in the upstairs retreat which will enable the family to all spread out to watch their favourite shows. A 2 car lockable garage is available for your use which can be easily opened via the remote control. Security cameras are installed outside the property. There is a staircase present with the bedrooms located upstairs therefore this property may not be suitable for people with movement difficulties. UPSTAIRS Bedroom 1 contains a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 contains two long single beds. Bedroom 3 contains two king single beds. Beautifully appointed main bathroom with separate bath. Retreat has a large 55’ Smart TV. DOWNSTAIRS Open space lounge/kitchen/dining area with 65’ Smart TV. Large glass doors open to alfresco area. Laundry and downstairs toilet Secure 2 car garaged car park plus room for 2 more cars outside the garage. Guest access Guests have full access to all parts of the property apart from the walk in wardrobe in the main bedroom which is locked for the owners use. Other things to note Can we have parties or events? Sorry we don’t allow parties or events due to the close proximity of the other town houses. Loud music after 11 pm is prohibited. A security patrol car regularly patrols past, if guests are found to be holding parties or events they will be asked to rectify the situation immediately or face immediate eviction. Smoking Sorry no smoking is allowed in or around our property. Extra Guests If you require extra beds it will cost $30 to set up each bed with linen. If you use the extra beds without notice, an additional $50 will be charged for each bed.
