House in the countryside for up to 5 people

Guest house (bungalow) on large property in rural area with 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom. 3 sleeping accommodations: double bed, single bed and sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with washer-dryer and shower toilet. Outdoor grill for BBQ available. The space 45 sqm bungalow with kitchen, shower toilet as well as living room and bedroom. In the bedroom, 2 people can sleep comfortably on the double bed (140 × 200 cm). There is another bed (90 × 200 cm) in the living room. Another sleeping option on the pull-out couch (110 cm wide). Kitchen is equipped with large fridge, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, toaster and kettle as well as cutlery and cooking utensils. Guest access Completely closed area; private house. Check-in/access at any time via electronic door lock via NUKI app on your smartphone. Other things to note The house has a smart lock. This means that you do not have to take a key with you, but simply open the door with your smartphone - alternatively also via a numerical code. If you don't like the location of my bungalow, please don't make a reservation! The location is excellent: rural with direct S-Bahn connection (e.g. 30 minutes to Alexanderplatz) to Berlin. If you want to stay right in the city, just book there and don't rate the location of my bungalow as "bad" after your stay. If, for example, it is not clean, I can influence that - I cannot and do not want to move the house. Thanks.
