In the heart of nature, a comfortable home. One bedroom with a double bed, a second with two beds, a bathroom (accessible by both bedrooms), a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi. Enclosed garden with its furniture and barbecue. Birdsong and rest assured! The space It is a small house, full of charm, completely renovated, which is at your disposal. It is located in the middle of a green garden, enclosed and at your disposal. 1.5 hours from Paris, close to Lyons-la-Forêt, Martainville, Vascoeuil and 17 km from Rouen. The house can accommodate 4 people (possibly an extra baby, we can provide you with a baby cot on request). The rooms are in a row and the bathroom is accessible through the large bedroom. The house is ideal for a couple, or a couple with 2 children. Guest access You have a spot for your car in the garden which is closed. Garden furniture is available as well as a wood-burning barbecue (available in a woodpile next to the house). Ping-pong table outside and deckchairs at your disposal. Check-ins start at 4 p.m. and check-outs start between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. (we obviously remain flexible according to your requests and our availability). Other things to note The cleaning service costs €19, this also includes linens and towels. For a long-term stay: we kindly ask that you take one cleaning per week (19th), you can, if you wish, ask us twice a week. During the fall/winter/spring season – we charge you at cost price for the electricity for heating. Our animal friends are welcome in the garden but not in the house. Everything in the house is done to minimize the risk of allergies. And since the house is in an area of large forests, the air is very good! Obviously we will ask you to smoke outside on the bench while admiring the birds, rabbits and squirrels...
