Petit Boreas, your vacation address for peace and nature

In the Heart of the Vendée at the Westcoast of France is your future vacation home. If you are looking for peace, nature and space in your vacation, Petit Boreas is ideal for you. This former Boulangerie of La Forêt, located on a spacious and fully fenced private garden of 400 m2 and adjacent to the forest, we have converted into a very comfortable holiday home suitable for 5 people. The space The cottage is packed with amenities. The spacious upper floor has 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. A bedroom with a double bed with a spacious 4 door wardrobe. And a bedroom with a 3-person bunk bed, 2 people downstairs and 1 upstairs. Also available in this bedroom closet space. At the top of the double bed you will find a VELUX skylight. Downstairs is the bathroom, a spacious kitchen equipped with 4-burner gas stove with oven, a dishwasher, a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment and a microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen unit a compact dining area. The cozy seating area makes it complete. The television is equipped with all Dutch channels, all French channels available via ORANGE, and many foreign channels. There is also WiFi available. BBQ on private terrace and private use swimming pool. From the terrace you can walk into the "private" garden with direct access to the forest where you can walk. Between the vegetable garden and the garden of Petit Boreas, we have realized a chicken run. Some chickens scramble in this. The chickens give us fresh eggs. The real outdoors feeling! Guest access It is detached and you have full access to the entire cottage and your own garden. The swimming pool, the sun terrace, the playground and the Play & Climbing Forest are for your private use. Other things to note During the high season ( July & August) can only be rented per week and fixed change day on Saturdays. Climbing & Playing Forest: Private use of a (set-up) swimming pool of 6 x 3 meters, 1,2 deep, and the Klim- & Speelbos. The pool is not heated other than by the sun. Pets: As indicated, pets are welcome. For this we charge an additional surcharge on the rent of €.25,= per stay, which will be charged equal to the rent. Your pet should not go upstairs (sleeping quarters) and preferably at night in the available bench. Included in the rent: Use of washing machine is possible at the owner. Dry in the sun on the line in your own garden. Rent per day is possible during the intermediate & low season at €.75,= per day for 2 people. For each person more up to a maximum of 5 people, there is €.10,= p.p./p.d.
