10 minutes from the A10, and 50 minutes from the St Arnould toll, we will be happy to welcome you to our gîte "L'instant Présent" in the Centre-Val de Loire region... at the gates of Sologne and the Loire Valley castles. For 6 people, south-facing house, natural materials and neat decor, swimming pool and fully maintained one-hectare park The space For 6 people, with ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility: widened doors, switches and sockets at a suitable height, master suite on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace, shower room and adjoining toilet. Equipped kitchen, beams, fireplace and large sofas. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms with shower room and toilet. Guest access You have exclusive access to the pool. We live on the same property but our houses are not adjoining, we do not see each other from our respective terraces. Other things to note On site we offer 2 cottages but we do not rent them at the same time, you will always be the only guests on site.
