Ladies only, please!

My flat is located right in the beginning of a cute, small and calm sideroad of the well-known big "Leopoldstreet", close to metro tube "Münchner Freiheit" with wifi hotspot and bike rental. Busses and tram to all directions just around the corner. The space Kingsizebed with fresh linen, TV, DVD choice for free on request, towels. Bahthroom with hairdryer in best location! Unfortunately, I have not much time to entertain my guests, because I have to work a lot and want to meet my friends as well. But I will try to be 24hours available for any problems or questions! Clean and tidy! Tap water is drinkable, but you can also use my fridge to store things. Coffee and tea and cereals is included, but not the food in the fridge! Tram, U-Bahn, bus, nightbus, Taxistop, coffee-bars, shopping-opportunities, english garden with a very nice beer-garden at the lake, open air swimming pool (Ungererbad), 3 gas-stations with 24h emergency-shopping and 3 cinemas...only a few footsteps away. Good connection to the fair "M.O.C." Please understand, that I prefer to host women, because I live allone and I don't need any rumors in the neighborhood! ;o) During your stay Job, sports and friends doesn't give me much time to interact with guests, but I am anytime open for a beer in a beergarden or a glas of wine on my balkony or in my living-kitchen! ;o)
