This is an amazing space, light and you can hear ocean waves. The moment you enter you feel calm. This is my holiday flat but Im mostly either in London . The space This is a wonderful 2nd foor flat by the sea in a peaceful and beautiful village of Kemptown. Beautiful cafes, fantastic beach and amazing architecture dating to 1800. Kingsize Bed with Egyptian cotton sheets plus small sofa bed, wooden floor, very quiet. All new except kitchen, basic but everything there including a great juicer. There is a lovely organic shop in the village 5min called Seeded Sprout I recommend. Also cafe Marmalade and Egg and Spoon are Fantastic. For fancy dining The English or George has great food. Best way to get from the station either a bus 15min stops on the Marine Parade or taxi circa £8. Guest access Entire flat except one locked cupboard with a boiler.
