This immaculate, 53 square meters unit is located on Tower 3 Grass Residence, 20th Floor. Unit specifics: The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 AC units and 2 Full bathrooms . The Master Bedroom has it's own balcony with city and amenity views, full size bed complete with linens and well appointed closets with hangers. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed with linens, a closet with hangers. Extra linens and pillows for sofa bed and a folded sleeping pad for extra persons are also available . The Living /Dining room combined area has a Sofa bed and 6 chairs dining table. There's a 23" TV with 85 channel cable and wireless internet . Cabinets are strategically located for storage. Both bathrooms have rain shower heads with water heaters installed. The unit has a washing machine with drying racks. Linens and toiletries are available for guests use. The unit has 1 6 Cubic Ft Fridge and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, Coffee maker, toaster.There's 4 burner electric Stove with exhaust. Utensils, plates, glasswares , cups, knives are also available. There are also available 3 electric fans for air circulation. Iron and ironing board are also included. The unit has off white granite floors and dark granite kitchen countertop .The walls are clean white and cabinets w neutral and beige colors. It can accomodate a party of 3-5 people comfortably. Fees: For 4 guests: $70.00/night The offer per night is for 4 persons only. Additional person needs to pay $20.00/night, Maximum occupants of 5 people only.
