Bedrooms with new mattresses.. sheets comforters and comforters. Living room with very comfortable sofa, dining table and reading area... equipped with books of different types. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, iron, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, pots and pans. We also provide a hair dryer and towels. The mattresses are all new and we provide all the linens and duvets. There is a super comfy sofa and a reading area with many different books. Guest access You can access anywhere in the house, you have a patio with a clothesline where you can put clothes , the patio is not a recreation area, it is only for tending, since it is communal. You can access every space in the house, including the patio. However, please note that the patio is shared and as such can only be used for drying clothes. Other things to note The entrance is independent, the cancellation is white as is the door and is located next to the large block cancellation The entry is by the block’s main entrance, but it is separate, so there is more privacy.
