The Goan Holidays 2 bedroom Apartment

Our 2 bedroom ac apartment having a modern touch and is cozy in its kind. It has all amenities for you to have a comfortable stay with a fully serviced kitchen too. The balcony is facing a beautiful garden and a partial view of the swimming pool. Please check if the pool is operational due to covid... The space This 2 bedroom is a very spacious and well ventilated apartment and on the ground floor overlooking the greenery outside. The place is also wheelchair accessible. Both the bedrooms have split ac and fully furnished with side tables,queen bed, mattresses, cupboards, fans and dressing mirror tables. Please note only ac in both bedrooms for guest use. It is very comfortable for upto 6 persons stay, can max go to 8 persons if you can adjust with additional charges... Just to specify more on the sleeping arrangements.... If 6 persons, then they can occupy both the bedrooms very comfortably,3 persons in each or depends how the guest wants to occupy .. 2 extra mattress in total would be provided in the bedrooms too. The kitchen is well equipped for your stay with a gas top, fridge, water purifier and basic utensils,drinking glass and cups etc. Both bathrooms are spacious and are western self contained type and have gysers for hot showers. The living area have a sofa set up and lcd tv with tata sky connection. Balcony opening towards the living room. .. Smoking area designated is the outside balcony of the apartment with sit-up and ashtrays provided. Guest access Its a 2 BHK Apartment at the main Calangute area and is inside a lovely resort complex . It's 5 to 7 mins walk to Calangute beach , restaurant cafes, supermarket nightclubs, casinos are all nearby. Pool,Restaurant, Alternate days cleaning , Towels, Soaps etc are few things which guests has excess to. 4 wheeler parking inside the complex is chargeable by the resort management at a nominal price rs.100 per day. You need to let me know incase u are travelling with one or hiring a self drive so we can assist you with paying to the management and having a receipt given to you. Bike parking is free at the complex Other things to note I request my guests one thing is to put off the electricity when not in use and especially when you are out especially the air conditioners. I believe in saving energy and treating the place as your own. Having energy used whenever required saves the life of the electronic appliance and avoids sudden spoilages. 4 wheeler parking inside the complex is chargeable by the resort management at a nominal price rs.100 per day. You need to let me know incase u are travelling with one or hiring a self drive so we can assist you with paying to the management an having a receipt given to you. Lock the main door especially when moving out of the apartment and the balcony facing french windows to be latched Total of four towels are provided in the apartment even if there is a bigger group more then 4 persons, so please carry as required. Bedding changes after 3 days.. .incase guest staying for 2 to 3 nights won't have a bedding change however alternative day cleaning for 3 nights would be there Smoking strictly in the balcony area only. Washing of clothes are not allowed at all at the apartment. I understand if it's lingerie or undergarments. Towels can be dried on the clothes rack stand provided. Swimming pool usage of the complex is given as complementary use from my end to my guests. Please note incase the complex management for whatever reason whether its for pool maintenance, heavy monsoons etc keeps the pool closed to use on a given day ,I cant be responsible and you need to oblige. Please check if pool is operational due to covid pandemic No visitors at all.. only registered guests can stay at the apartment. Any violation to this would be asking the guest to vacate the place with no refund. Guest need to inform me about anything that I would require to know in advance. Check out at 10am on time to be ensured by all guests to avoid further disrupt and inconvenience that would be faced with other guest checkins .This ensures too that we have enough time to clean the place and have it totally setup for the other guest check-ins which is at 12 noon. So kindly have ur baggages packed up a night prior or early morning and not packing and getting ready at or after checkout timings... I would be forced to revoke the deposit in this case as I would have to benefit my other guests possibly incse I would further have to give late check-ins caused due to delays of checkout. Guest need to check with me a day prior incse of a slight extension of checkout and it depends on the availability or next guest check-in timings...and I am flexible that way to accommodate the request but should ensure checkout then as in an agreed time and not later to it.
