It has all the amenities required for your stay including a large sun-soaked terrace. Located 25 mins from Belfast and many tourist attractions. The waterside location provides a great opportunity for kayaking and paddle boarding. We are unable to accommodate pets/hens or stags. NOT suitable for 7 Adults The space Downstairs: A wonderful bright and sunny open plan living/dining concept. The well equipped kitchen allows you to cook a family meal or serve up a local takeaway :) There is a dinning table, dish washer and washer/Dryer if needed. A downstairs Toilet by the entrance is the 3 in the property. Additionally a desk is available if needed. The property has smart TVs and Great views over Strangford Lough. A great outdoor terrace with seating for up to 8 people. Upstairs: NOT suitable for 7 Adults. There are 3 bedrooms with blackout curtains. 2 King size beds. 1 bunk (single- only suitable for children / double). Wardrobes & hangers for clothes storage as well as drawers. 2 bathroom upstairs :The main bedroom as an en-suite shower room. There is also a main bathroom with bath/shower. There is a travel cot and high chair available. Let us know in your booking if they are required. *Please be kind to the fixtures/fittings and pictures. They were all picked with love in the hope that all could enjoy them. Guest access A car is essential for the area and there is plenty of parking available. There is a parking space just outside the property with others behind if extra is needed. Other things to note There is Shampoo/Conditioner and body wash available. As well as cleaning products if needed. All products are in their original packaging, please read the labels to avoid any allergic reactions. The top bunk is not suitable for Adults. No pets. Hen or Stag Parties.
