Studio Annex

Studio annexe in central St Austell, close to the railway station, local beaches and the town centre. The room is large with plenty of light. There is a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle in the annexe room and the bathroom is just along the corridor. Off-road for a small vehicle Parking by arrangement only. The space The annexe has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, tv There is a small microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and kettle, so you can eat simple style, in if you chose to. Crockery is supplied. Plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. Guest access Access is through a side gate entrance which will be locked behind you. The french doors allow plenty of air to the annexe,when you are home . the accommodation is accessed through a link corridor and the room has its own lock. During your stay We are around to help you find your way around the area or suggest lovely places to visit. Other things to note *Please note, the small bathroom is SHARED with myself and my daughter but it is very close to the annexe. We also have a friendly collie dog who will try and persuade you to throw ball... He's trained not to disturb guests though!!
