The entrance is independent and overlooks the riding courtyard, where there are outdoor tables for moments of outdoor relaxation. The space The room is located inside an agricultural estate where there is also a restaurant, a common room with TV, a stables and a pool. The setting is that of the Sabina countryside, full of olive groves and sweet climate. From the Estate there is a walkable path that leads up to the river. In the summer there is also a kiosk bar with tables and music for aperitifs and snacks. For moments of complete relaxation there is the possibility, upon reservation, to enjoy a small wellness area. Guest access The entire surrounding area is available to guests, which includes restaurant and common room with TV, riding stable and outdoor pool, open from May to October and equipped with changing rooms and bathrooms. On advance request you can book wellness services inside the spa. During your stay During the stay we are always available for guests for any eventuality. You can contact us by phone and during the day there is always a person inside the estate.
