Cozy apartment located on the first floor of a house in a quiet area near the city center and the Guillemins train station (15-minute walk). Close to: supermarket, several restaurants, bus stop for the city, laundromat, bakery, Sainte Rosalie Hospital. This apartment has an outdoor terrace accessible from the kitchen, equipped with: small table, stools, a sun lounger, barbecue. Ideal for a couple with one or two children or for two couples. The space This apartment has a kitchen equipped with an electric stove, electric oven and microwave, fridge and dishwasher. In the living room, a large sofa convertible into a double bed, TV. The nice bathroom is equipped with a large bath with a shower head and shower curtain and a sink. The toilet is separate and accessible from the bedroom. It is spacious and the host can provide you with a travel cot if needed as well as a high chair for the kitchen. The little plus of this accommodation is its outdoor terrace that is sunny almost all day. As Belgian laws have changed, to avoid VAT, we can no longer offer you real services other than bed linen, bath towels and shampoo, but an arrangement may be exceptionally possible. Guest access The place is fully reserved for you. A lockbox is located on the facade of the building, so you are autonomous for entering and exiting the premises. Other things to note This is a non-smoking accommodation but you have an outdoor terrace where you can smoke behind closed doors.
