Outdoor sitting/dinning area in Balcony. Easy Self check-in (Key will available to collect from the lock box upon on arrival) Swipe card access for Lift and apartment entry ( Secure & Safe) Note: As a Studio type apartment, no door between living and bedroom. We could host up to three guests for one studio, but for the best experience more ideal for two adults ( friends or couple) OR small family ( 2+1 ). Portable Cot, High Chair are available on request for little guests :-) ( please request at least 1 day in advance ) * All the guests request to keep the place cleaning and tidy during stay and before check out * * Building public facilities (Gym/Pool) may not open due to maintenance by management * Guest access Indoor pool & gym can be access as bonus. * Please note, some facilities may under maintenance by management without pre-notification.
