Area surrounding the apartment with free street parking. Other things to keep in mind: • My apartment is a collective local accommodation - not a hotel - and has common areas. When booking, guests agree to keep them clean and tidy. • Upon arrival, during the stay and eventually when leaving, it is important to pay attention to the quiet hours. Excessive noise is not tolerated from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. the following day, according to Portuguese law. •Visitors and pets are not allowed, as well as any kind of meeting, party or events • Commonly used utensils must be kept available for other guests after use and proper cleaning. We also ask that guests do not leave personal items in the common areas. • Parking is free around the building • According to Portuguese law, local accommodation establishments must request and file information regarding tourists staying on their premises. For this reason, identification documents will be required from ALL guests who will be in the accommodation during the stay. If you have any questions, I will always be available to answer them.
