Located on the second floor with elevator access, the apartment features an open living area with warm wooden flooring. This unique apartment internally is divided into 2 parts with a ceiling height of 13 ft, so you could also call it a mini 1 BHK penthouse or a Loft. This is a rare style house that is hard to find. Main Level: (Ground Level) ➤ Living Area: Unwind on the comfortable sofa-cum-bed, stream shows on the Smart TV, or set up a remote workstation with high-speed WiFi. ➤ Fully equipped kitchen: 2 Burner Gas burner or induction, RO filter, Fridge, Microwave, Mixer Grinder, Washing Machine, Cutlery & Utensils. It is stocked with essentials, ideal for preparing light snacks such as Maggi, omelettes, tea, or coffee. ➤ Private Balcony: Enjoy a morning coffee surrounded by greenery. This is the designated smoking area. ➤ Modern Bathroom: Features separate wet and dry zones, 24/7 hot water, premium toiletries, fresh towels, and a hairdryer. ➤ A wardrobe, luggage rack, drying stand, and Iron is also available. Loft Level: An internal staircase leads to the tranquil, open-concept loft bedroom. Featuring a high ceiling, it includes a comfortable queen-size bed, air conditioning, a cozy reading nook, and a dressing table. Please note that this open-spaced bedroom has no doors and windows; however, this european style house gives you the uniqueness This space is ideal for couples, solo travellers, and families with older children. Other Common Amenities: ➤ Invigorating Pool: Take a refreshing dip in the large, freeform pool, surrounded by lush palm trees and comfortable lounge chairs (open 9 AM to 6 PM, swimwear required). ➤ Stay Active: Gym access is available as a paid service at INR 200/per person (daily pass required). We all have gym equipment for use. ➤ Convenient Parking: Free street parking is available right outside the society gate for guests. Additional Amenities: ➤ Alternate-day cleaning (linen/towel changes on request). The caretaker doesn't clean utensils, so if you need that service, you can pay her directly. ➤ We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar (one time) ➤ Power backup (up to 6 hours) ➤ 24/7 security and gated access ➤ 24 /7 Hot Water ➤ Swiggy and Zomato - food delivery services are available; however, food has to be collected from the security gate. The pool is beautifully illuminated at night. Shared Swimming Pool timings: 9 AM – 6 PM, please follow the pool rules ➤ Gym: Access to the on-site gym is available as a paid service via a daily pass. This shared Gym by the Pool is open for guests from 9 AM – 6 PM @ Extra Cost of INR 200/- per person (Please pay at the Estate Manager's office within the premises) ➤ Parking: Free street parking is available for guests right outside the society gate. Other things to note ➤ Accessibility: Please be aware that the duplex design includes an internal flight of stairs to reach the bedroom. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges or families with infants and young children. ➤ View: This is not a pool-view apartment. ➤ Housekeeping Details • Frequency: 3 days a week (Alternate Day Cleaning provided) • Timings: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Just to let you know, check-in apartments receive priority for cleaning, as our team needs to ensure they are ready for arriving guests. 🧹 Alternate Day Housekeeping Includes: • Sweeping & mopping of floors • Making the beds(if the guest wants) • Sweeping of balconies • Changing dustbin bags • Cleaning of bathrooms 🚫 Alternate day -Housekeeping Excludes: Any service not mentioned in the inclusions list & Washing Utensils, Cutlery. 💰 Dishwashing / Cutlery Cleaning Charges Washing of dishes, cutlery, utensils, or any kitchenware is not part of the housekeeping service. If you would like the staff to assist with washing kitchen items, a fee per wash is payable directly to the caretaker. ✅ Linen Change Policy: We implement a linen change every 3 nights to support environmental conservation. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are appreciated for a more sustainable future. 🚭 Smoking Policy Smoking inside the apartment is strictly not allowed, as the lingering smell can be unpleasant for future guests. • If you wish to smoke, please use the attached balcony. • A minimum sanitation fee of ₹1000 will apply if smoking is detected indoors. ➤ Power Backup: The apartment is equipped with a power backup system that supports essential appliances like lights and fans for up to 6 hours. To avoid tripping the system, please do not use the AC, geyser, iron, mixer grinder, or washing machine during a power outage. ➤ Plan your check-out by 11:59 AM, please, as we want to respect the time for Check-in for another waiting guest. ➤Pool Timings: open from 9 AM to 6 PM,(Swimming Costume is mandatory). Drinking and Smoking is not allowed in and around the pool area. ✅ Swimwear: Wear Appropriate Swimwear / Swimming Costume only to be worn in the Swimming Pool. No T-shirts and shorts, no cottonwear, no dri-fit gym wear and no lycra tights and tees. ➤ Gym is a paid amenity- You can pay at our office in the premises and use it. Gym Timings - 9 AM - 6 PM 👥 Guest Policy & Occupancy Only registered guests listed in the booking confirmation may stay in the apartment. • The maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of beds provided. • For everyone’s comfort and safety, unregistered visitors are not permitted. 🔇 Peace & Quiet This is a residential complex with full-time residents who value their privacy and rest. We kindly ask you to: • Keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. • Avoid hosting parties or large gatherings. • The pool and gym are strictly for registered guests only-please do not invite outside visitors. • Always follow the rules displayed near common facilities. 🪑 Apartment Care • Please do not remove indoor furniture or appliances from the apartment. • Do not flush sanitary products, plastic, or non-biodegradable items in the toilet. • Switch off taps, lights, and appliances when not in use. • Pets are not allowed on the premises. 🔐 Safety & Belongings • Always lock doors and windows when leaving or going to bed. • Turn off the air conditioning if windows are open or when stepping out. • We are not liable for loss of personal belongings—please take due care. 🔧 Damage or Loss Any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment will be charged to the guest responsible. We request that you immediately report any issue or accident. 🏥 Personal Responsibility While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we cannot accept responsibility for any injury, illness, or accident that occurs on the premises. 📄 Local Regulations Guests are expected to adhere to all local laws, including those relating to: ✅ Illegal Activities: Illegal activities (Drugs/ Escort Services or engaging in an activity against the law) are strictly prohibited. If any guest is involved in the above-mentioned activities, the host reserves the right to call the local police and register a complaint with them. • Alcohol consumption in the apartment only • No Firearm possession • This would also mean immediate suspension of the stay without any kind of refund. • Registration and identification- Provide us and the security gate with your Aadhar card before Check- In • Foreign nationals must complete and submit a C-Form as per government requirements.
