A BEAUTIFUL VIEW FROM THE WINDOWS of the city is the hallmark of our apartment. 7 Sibgat Hakim Street - a new building on the river embankment, opposite the Kazan Kremlin, next to the Kazan Family Center - Bowl. Within a walking distance - Riviera Tatneft Arena Water Park, Kazan Arena Stadium, Kremlin and Kremlin Embankment (10 min walk), Kozya Sloboda metro station (5 min walk), right next to the house there is a park and a walking area, lots of cafes and restaurants... There is a Pyaterochka store on the ground floor of our house. The space We make sure that guests of the capital of Tatarstan, staying with us, feel at home, can relax, unwind, and cook their favorite food if they wish. We are always clean and cozy. Guest access The apartment is equipped with all the necessary household appliances (stove, microwave, electric kettle, hairdryer, iron, dishwasher and washing machine), dishes for 4 people. LED TV with HD channels, high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment has a double bed with orthopedic mattress + a folding double sofa with a spring block. A set of bed linen, towels, tea and coffee set are provided during the stay. Other things to note 1. Check-in is carried out upon presentation of a passport, from which a photocopy is made. 2. Our apartments are NOT RENTED for various entertainment events: birthdays, parties, holidays. 3. NO SMOKING in our apartments and loggias, including HOOKAH. 4. The apartments are located in residential buildings and are intended exclusively for living. We ask you to respect your neighbors, keep quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and not disturb them in any other way. 5. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. 6. Please take care of the things and objects provided for temporary use. The renter is liable for any loss or damage. 7. Fire safety measures must be observed. When you are away from the apartment, you must turn off the lights and other electrical appliances, close all windows and doors. 8. We will be especially grateful if you keep it clean and tidy. Do not put garbage bags in the entrance.
