Idyllic 4* apartment in a lake-side location

Not far and north of Oberammergau, the Hörnleblick apartment building is in a quiet location in the spa area of the village of Bad Bayersoien with direct connection to Lake Soier. The Ammergau Alps offer numerous opportunities for day trips. The space The 68 sqm apartment was comprehensively modernized in 2021, is very well equipped and cozy. In the house close to the lake with a total of 28 apartments (roof and facade renovation 2023/2024), there is a washing machine, dryer, elevator, private parking, sunbathing area, sun terrace and barbecue area available to tenants and guests. Guest access The access to the apartment on the top (3rd) floor is through the main entrance of the 28 unit house via stairs or the existing elevator (conditionally accessible due to narrower elevator door of 70 cm). Other things to note Unfortunately, no rentals were possible from August 2023 to September 2024. At first, a storm with tennis ball-sized hail destroyed the entire roof and parts of the house's skylights (that affected a good 80% of the village). In 2024, all balconies and the facade were renovated and made pretty again. And so we are waiting for you in new freshness from 2025 and look forward to your visit! Since 2024, we have a fiber optic internet connection in the apartment, which since the beginning of 2025 offers a speed of up to 600 MBit/s in the download and 300 MBit/S in the upload - so if you can not only spend a vacation, but also have to work on the side, you are in the right place here. Recently, the water pressure of the bathroom shower was criticized in a feedback - unfortunately, to our knowledge, this is not due to the house installation, but to the water pressure provided by the supplier. Note on accessibility: there is an elevator in the house, but only with a narrow 70 cm wide elevator door.
