There is a pool at the front of the complex and a private jetty outside. Easy flat walk to restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops. Our one level home flows seamlessly from the open plan living area and modern kitchen onto an undercover balcony with literally the best view in Noosa. The master bedroom also has access to the undercover balcony and enjoys the same amazing view of Noosa. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony whilst watching the blue water lap onto the sandy shore. There is reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout and fans in the bedrooms are living area. The master bathroom has an ensuite bathroom and the main bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. Full kitchen including Nespresso compatible coffee machine (pods) and starter condiments are provided. There is a 65 inch Smart TV in the living room and a second TV in the master bedroom. We supply all linen and towels including beach towels (please make sure to pack your own face washers or make up remover accessories). We also supply local organic bathroom products for that extra luxurious touch. We also have wifi should you need to work on your holiday or watch your favourite series on Netflix. There is a Weber Q BBQ on the balcony for your use. As our guest you have access to the single car space (with additional on street parking outside), entire apartment, swimming pool and jetty (*private to the residents of the building only). The penthouse apartment flows over one level so perfect for a family beach holiday. Open plan living with luxury kitchen and study nook. We supply hotel grade linen and towels, bathroom products and starter condiments. There is a 65 inch Smart TV in the living area with unlimited complimentary wifi available.Not suitable for all adult groups. Please note most apartment blocks in Noosa do not have lifts. You will need to walk up three flights of stairs to the top level of the penthouse however once inside the apartment is laid out over one spacious level. The view is worth it! Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team. These laws also include lights being left on at night, excessive car parking (or parking on front of neighbours properties) and use of other residents' bins. Please ensure that you are aware of these laws as they have been agreed to in our terms and conditions.
