Zum Kranichsee mountain hut - at the top of the Ore Mountains

The mountain hut is a private holiday home in original nature and exclusive location in the Saxon-Bohemian Ore Mountains at an altitude of 900 m, right on the Kammweg, E3 and the Kammloipe. The house has a common room and is particularly suitable for family or friend gatherings (12-16 people). NOT A PARTY LOCATION. The 5 high-quality and fully equipped apartments (2-4 people) simultaneously offer a place of retreat for each individual. Barbecue, fire pit, sauna hut. The space All apartments are oriented to the south with the living rooms. This means a light, inspiring atmosphere even in “bad” weather. We have placed particular emphasis on the use of natural materials to create a pleasant indoor climate. Ceiling or floorheating ensures cozy warmth. The apartments are fully equipped: high-quality box spring beds incl. Bed linen, sophisticated bathrooms with DU or DU and tub incl. Towels, hairdryer, living room with dining table and cozy couch corner, book shelf, internet TV, kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, enough pots, dishes and glasses. WLAN is available throughout the house. In the common room, a large kitchen block invites you to cook, the table to eat together, play or just to cozy togetherness. If you do not want to cook, caterings from different providers are possible on pre-order. Guests who are looking for quiet and comfortable accommodation in beautiful natural surroundings are warmly welcome here. We offer plenty of space and a good atmosphere for relaxing together, meeting and doing things. We expect careful and respectful behavior with the house and its inventory, the garden and the surroundings. NOT A PARTY LOCATION: Our house is not available for loud parties and excessive celebrations. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted. Our house is a no smoking house. We are happy to accept direct bookings. Guest access You can also look forward to a large sun terrace, a spacious outdoor area, a grill and fire pit and a sauna hut (not included in the price, 60 euros per day incl. bathrobes and towels). As it is a wood-burning sauna that takes several hours to reach temperature, use is only possible by reservation when booking. In the annex there is a space for storing/preparing/repairing skis and bicycles. By the way, the access road is always cleared even in the depths of winter (no snow chains required). Other things to note Our mountain hut is not a party location and not a place for crowded festivities. Please respect that the mountain cabin is a non-smoking house. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas and in the front cottage. An important note: the attic apartments have sleeping areas in the pointed floors with steep stairs - these are not suitable for toddlers and older guests. There is an apartment on the ground floor, which is also suitable for wheelchair users (however, 3 steps are to be overcome in the entrance area of the house). The tourist tax levied by the municipality (EUR 2.50 per adult P. and N.) is not included in the airbnb price, which we collect in cash upon arrival.
