Riad Moulaty is a cozy, very spacious and traditional city villa (Riad) in the middle of the old town (very central and yet quiet), fully equipped and with its own roof terrace for up to 12 guests. As hosts we are there for you, bring you closer to the culture and the country and provide a feeling of "being at home". The space Riad Moulaty is your ideal accommodation for a shorter or longer trip to Marrakech (also for larger groups such as business trips). In cooperation with local craftsmen and artists, an oasis in the middle of the center is available to you. The entire accommodation exclusive (!) For you: - 5 separate bedrooms with double beds or single beds and en-suite bathrooms - Living area in the courtyard with guest toilet - Cozy seating areas ("bhou", Moroccan seating area) - Kitchen for preparing meals - Private roof terrace with seating to relax - Possibility for home office (Internet / WLAN throughout the house and workplace) - TV and clothes washing machine The obligatory guest tax of the city is € 2.70 per person per night and has to be paid to us on the spot (then goes to the authorities). Recommendations: start your trip to Marrakech with a transfer organized by us at a fair price: pick up directly at the airport and then directly to your Riad (from "Jemaa el Fna" on foot with porter). On request and according to capacity, we will also be happy to spoil you culinary (breakfast, lunch and dinner possible). For longer stays and upon request, laundry and cleaning service will take place. Guest access The riad is very centrally located and a little more than 5 minutes' walk from the famous "Jemaa el Fna" square. Stroll through the alleys of the old town and find countless restaurants and cafés, shopping opportunities, wellness offers and sights in the immediate vicinity.
