It's new (the repair dates from 2016), decorated in a modern style. It is equipped with LCD TV with TNT, as well as high-speed internet (Wifi) and a mini-bar fridge. An extra bed where a baby bed is available upon request. The bedroom has its own bathroom / toilet. We provide the linens, and the towels You have a private terrace in front of the room. Guest access We are located in Peille (Monegasque hinterland), in a detached house with a large wooded garden of 2800 m². You will enjoy a wonderful view of the bay of Nice and Cannes. The pool is new (10x4 meters), with an exotic wooden beach. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool on the season. Access to our house is pedestrian (45 steps). Sunbeds are available as well as a summer kitchen. We live there and we are present for the welcome and breakfast of our hosts. We are located in Peille, a village of character perched on the heights of Monaco. Come and discover its cobblestone streets, and its old houses, whose medieval charm gives Peille its special atmosphere. You can also learn a bit about its history thanks to its museum. Located at 630 meters above sea level, and 25 kilometers from Nice and 20 km from Monaco, the village of Peille, well exposed to the sun, sheltered from the winds, has an ideal climate and enjoys a wonderful panorama. Its old streets with vaulted passages, have kept its medieval character and the stones skated by time, testify to its past. We are 45 minutes from Nice airport. From Nice airport take motorway A8 towards Nice/Monaco. Take exit 57 La Turbie. Go to the village of La Turbie, at the exit of La Turbie take the Route du Mont Agel on the left (direction Peille). Peille is 10 km away. Crossing the village of Peille, the house is at the 3rd turn. From Menton, head towards Nice to La Turbie, at the entrance to La Turbie take the D53 on the right towards Peille. You will find on-site restaurants in the village which is a 10-minute walk away; as well as a grocery store and bakery. There are many hiking and mountain biking that are accessible from the village, as well as a via-ferrata. Beaches are 35 minutes away. Other things to note Restaurants are all reachable in 10 minutes by foot from our house. You will find departures from hiking and mountain biking, as well as a via ferrata (you can rent the equipment in the village). Beaches are 35 minutes away.
