Guest access There are two municipal jetties within walking distance (5 minutes) of the apartment for swimming directly on the lake, or a 10-minute drive to Porlezza, where there is a convenient private beach directly on the lake with deckchairs and parasols. Also within walking distance there are three restaurants, with lake views, with excellent Italian cuisine and about 10/15 minutes walk there is a characteristic village (Cima di Porlezza) with an excellent baker, a small mini market and a delicious bar with lake views, convenient for a quick breakfast or an aperitif with lake views!!! There are two boat rentals near the apartment (no licence required), one is a few minutes' walk away, also visible from the terrace of the house. Other things to note The area where the apartment is located is also very suitable for those who want to take nice walks or bike rides in the middle of nature.
