The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach. The space The patio area is completely private and has a table and chairs, the patio continues round the side of the property and is plenty large enough for storing bicycles safely. The Lodge is entered through the porch where you can store your shoes and boots, this room also houses the washing machine. The porch leads through to the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which has two sets of French doors. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a round glass top dining table with four chairs and two lovely comfy sofas for watching the satellite TV or chilling to music which can be played through the bluetooth system. Also downstairs is a small bedroom which has a kingsize bed which can be converted to two singles if required. This bedroom looks out to the rear of the property over the fields and wildlife, it has a wardrobe with a pull out hanging rail and enough room to store your suitcases. This bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower room with a vanity unit containing a hair dryer. Upstairs is a bedroom with a kingsize bed and a wardrobe also with a pull out hanging rail, a chest of drawers and plenty of room under the eaves to store suitcases. This bedroom benefits from a magnificent bathroom with a luxurious oval bath and large basin set into a vanity unit storing a hairdryer. The real feature of this room is the large round window which looks out over the rear of the property to the fields. The Lodge is always spotlessly clean and, in line with Government guidelines, after every guest a disinfectant solution is now administered using a fogging machine to ensure the safety of future guests. Guest access The whole house including the secluded patio area is for the sole use of guests.
