The space This stunning 3 BHK bungalow is perfect for families and party people alike. Away from the hustle bustle of the old Lonavala town which is much commercialized now, this bungalow is located in the mountains, 15 kms from Lonavala railway station towards Amby Valley. You will love the privacy of our indoor swimming pool, large open lawn for kids to play, fully equipped kitchen, large open terrace on the first floor overlooking the valley and mountains. This is an amazing 3 BHK modern bungalow with lots of space, light and ventilation. As soon as you enter the double door main entrance, you will be greeted by a huge open double height living room. To the right side is a equally sized room where the indoor swimming pool is located. To the left is the kitchen and straight down is a fully furnished bed room with attached bathroom, a common bathroom and the stairs to the 1st floor. As you walk up to the first floor, you will reach 2 fully furnished bedrooms attached with bathrooms and then finally the highlight of the bungalow, a 600 sqft open terrace which overlooks the valley and mountains, a perfect place to unwind during the evenings or to have an outdoor party after dark. Then, we head to the basement area which has a separate entry from the rear side of the bungalow and after walking down the steps, we reach a landscaped lawn under the shadow of a large mango tree which leads to another large 600 sqft open games room. This area acts as a private party den for the elders or as a private children's playing area. There is bedding arrangement for 18 additional single beds on the floor (cotton mattresses) in addition to one double bed in each of the 3 bedrooms. Totally 24 guests (excluding children younger than 5 yrs old) can easily sleep in this villa. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire bungalow including the indoor swimming pool. The bungalow is located in a resort community with its own play area and restaurant that the guests get access to. If kitchen is used for cooking, then one time usage charge of 2,000/- will be charged. Cleaning of utensils and kitchen area after use can be availed from the care taker at an extra charge. Cooking of non-vegetarian food except eggs is not allowed. There is another restaurant at a distance of 4 kms from the villa where food can be ordered over the phone and picked up by the guests. The restaurant does not deliver. However, if the guests have a vehicle and driver, they can send our caretaker in their vehicle to collect the food. Please note that on weekends, the restaurant becomes very busy and hence it is recommended to order the food at least 1.5 - 2 hours in advance. Other things to note Guests have to carry their own towels and napkins. Drinking water is not provided, guests have to carry their own drinking water.
