Our house is ideally located for a holiday in the heart of the Arvert Peninsula, close to beaches and shops. With a surface area of 170 m2, renovated in a "cocooning" style in early 2020, it is suitable for 2 to 3 families so that everyone can enjoy themselves in the flower garden and with the outdoor games (petanque, ping pong, Mölkky), the games room, or the terrace. Not to mention the many indoor amenities (2 living rooms, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi). There is also a washing machine. -1 bedroom, 160 bed (new bedding) with dressing room. -1 "children's" bedroom sleeps 4 with bunk beds, 1 bed of 90 and 1 scalable bed (suitable for 1 child of 6 years max, shorter than the traditional bed of 90). We also have an extra mattress that can be placed on the floor allowing 5 children to sleep together if they wish in this room. * Very bright veranda of 45 m2 giving direct access by bay window to terrace furnished with resin living room, deckchairs. Electric awning if you prefer shade. You can relax in a second living room (3-seater sofa + 2-seater sofa + armchair and coffee tables), round dining table for 6 people allowing, for example, children to eat their meals under the supervision of parents. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, we just keep a small closet for our personal belongings. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee, which saves you a price increase, so I count on you to respect and return the place as you found it. Offering a clean and tidy home, but also getting it back as such is a mark of respect that we value. If you wish, we offer the cleaning package at the rate of €200. Thank you. Upon arrival, you will find disposable bedding and pillow covers. Sheets will be provided from 4 nights, but beds are not made (for hygiene reasons).
