Guest access You have full access to the apartment Other things to note Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you would like a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Please note that an unauthorized stay after check-out time may result in an additional charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to a full day). If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (on request). For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a cost limit for water, electricity and internet/television package of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess amount will be paid by the guest.
