Lovely quiet & clean private room in shared house

Double bedroom with lovely view in recently refurbed modern, super clean, quiet house in leafy village close to Bristol town centre. Cul de sac location with great transport links in & out of Bristol and close to motorways, great for commuting if you want to be somewhere quiet but with easy access to the action. Local high street & public transport within a few mins walk. There is a resident cat and a supply of antihistamines if needed! The space Bedroom is a good size double with comfy mattress and bedding, wardrobe and drawers, black out blind & curtains. I have towels and toiletries available if needed. Upstairs bathroom has a bath plus shower, basin and toilet. Downstairs is a modern fully fitted kitchen, modern and comfortable living area with industrial / retro furniture, TV, Bluetooth speaker, dining room with great views out across the hills, table seats 4-6. Terraced garden leads out from large sliding patio doors to raised terrace with steps down to patio garden and private parking space (used by resident currently). Back entrance is used more than front door! Whole house has been totally refurbished in mid century/ modern style with wooden floor throughout downstairs and comfy carpet upstairs, you’ll find quirky pieces of furniture and decor dotted around and most of all it’s functional and in a lovely quiet road! Guest access You will have sole access to your bedroom and the remaining areas are shared with me and my cat! During your stay I’m available via email, text or phone for questions. Happy to socialise with guests but will give you space, I have an active social life so I may not be around much. Other things to note Please let me know if you wish to use full kitchen cooking facilities if you’re booking for an extended stay as I am flexible with this, currently for short stays the kitchen facilities are limited to basic food storage and prep as most people tend to eat out.
