The RiverClub House: An Oasis in Sandton

An exquisite estate fit for an intimate gathering or celebration to remember! Located in Sandton between Morningside and Bryanston, Riverclub Estate provides accommodation with stunning outdoor views, grand sun filled rooms at every turn, floor to ceiling windows, a beautiful swimming pool, botanical gardens, koi fish ponds, patios and a gazebo, private parking, a bar, pool table/billiards, speaker system, BBQ or Braai facilities, kitchen and entertainment area. The space A grand home that I personally designed and built with a vision to bring nature indoors, inspire creativity and entertain family and friends. This beautiful home has 7 bedrooms and 7 ensuite full bathrooms, plus another 2 guest bathrooms. All Bedrooms either have private balconies, bay windows, courtyards or patios to enjoy. As you enter the front doors you will notice the gorgeous marble throughout and 25ft (8m) floor to ceiling windows that welcome in the sunshine, pool deck and absolutely stunning garden. There are 4 open seating areas made for conversations and connecting, as well as a grand piano for the soulful musician to enjoy. With 10,000 square feet (929 square meters) this house is perfect for families, friends or groups, corporate assignments. And we didn’t even mention that we are fully solar powered which means when there is power cuts / load shedding , we will still have power to operate internet, lights, outlets, charging and watching TV etc! 🥳 We also offer this home for day or night time events, children birthdays, evening parties, wedding receptions, dinner parties, product launches, video/TV show recordings, engagement parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties and baby showers to name a few. If needed, catering and special event services can be organized through an outside provider. 👏🏻✌🏽🙌🏿 Max event capacity is 50 people and for sleeping over 14-16 people. You are welcome to play music and enjoy yourselves until the sun comes up. We just ask to bring music indoors around 9pm to a considerate (but still fun) volume so we can respect our neighbors and community. 💃🏻🕺🏽Please indicate at the time of booking if you plan on using the house for an event or party. 💵 Our price is extremely competitive and there is nothing out there which offers this type of home, service, comfort and venue experience. Is it for an event, a party, occasion etc and if so how many guests do you expect to attend? 2. Checkout cleaning is included in your rate. However some guests hire our cleaning ladies to help during the event for an additional rate. Please let us know if you would like to as well. 3.
