The house is located in Costa, very close to Porto Cheli and offers a private swimming pool. The nearest beach is in a 6-min walking distance, and 3-min drive from the port, where the boats leave for Spetses. The house is spacious, cozy, fully equipped and ideal for weekend breaks! It has a garden, a balcony with a beautiful sea view and a parking garage for your vehicle. The area offers the opportunity for many excursions, fast and easy. The space The house has two floors which are connected with an internal staircase. The down floor consists of the living room with two couches, where you can relax and watch TV or play board games that we provide, WC, the kitchen and the dinning room with all the necessary for cooking and eating and the balcony which overlooks the sea and the island of Spetses, a view astonishing to enjoy with your wine. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms: The first one with a double-size bed and its own private bathroom and the other with two beds and a separate bathroom. The two rooms have windows, a closet, air-condition and clean linen/towels. Also, there is a double-size sofa in the living room that they can easily sleep two persons. In general, the house has been renovated recently in minimal style. It’s spacious, bright and very cozy, perfect for families, couples and friends. Entering the house you are welcomed by our cute green garden. Guest access You can arrive at Costa either by car/taxi from Athens or Porto Cheli or the suburban railway station, or boat from Piraeus with direction to Porto-Cheli. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON COVID-19 We have taken all necessary measures, according to European guidelines, for the safety of our visitors. The house is ideal for summer getaways despite the prevailing situation. -The house is accessible by your personal vehicle, without having to board on a ship or meet other people. -We make sure the house is thoroughly cleaned and left without visitors for 24 hours, in order to minimize the risk. -The house is located in a very quiet sparsely populated area and has few people around. -The beaches that are at 7 and 10 minutes walking distance are not organized and even in peak times, they gather from minimal to no people. -There are restaurants and cafes in the area that operate normally, keep safe distances, and are as far away as needed to avoid overcrowding.
