Walk downstairs to find fantastic breakfast (excellent coffee), luxury stores on the next block (Channel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc), cultural activities (Fed Square, NGV, theatres etc) and delicious eating spots! Perfect location for shopping, sightseeing, events etc. A very romantic place! About The Apartment: Gorgeous, cosy studio apartment above the bustling streets of Melbourne. I love living here and can't imagine why you wouldn't have a fabulous time! Bathroom with separate shower. The studio is modern, clean and spacious. Lots of sun light fills the main room thanks to the two large art deco windows. Fabulous queen sized latex bed. Flat-screen TV. Fully set up with cutlery, cooking utensils etc. Surprisingly quiet. Just wake up to the sound of the Cathedral and tram bells! Location: Quiet tree-lined street. Entrance down Manchester Lane (home of some very funky new designers and a gorgeous Italian restaurant). Next to supermarkets, banks, doctors etc on the block. Neighbourhood: If you are looking for a studio close to the best 'Melburnian' experiences, this is the studio you want. Within Walking Distance: Federation Square, St Paul's Cathedral, Bourke St Mall, the Regent Theatre, Degrave's Lane, Centre Place, Melbourne Town Hall, National Gallery of Victoria, the Botanical Gardens, the Queen Vic Markets etc. Not to mention some of the BEST restaurants and bars in the city, including Movida, Cumulus Inc, Spice Market. If you want some suggestions, just ask! Directly situated next to tram stops, Flinders Street station and multiple bus stops. Public transport is now free in the CBD. Please Note: Parking is not available in the building. The closest & cheapest parking is under the Melb Town Square at the corner of Collins & Swanston Sts (entry from Flinders Lane) or the Crown Casino, over the river.
