The space Teatro Suites Málaga , is located in the heart of Málaga with a perfect location to enjoy just a few steps from the city's unique attractions, whether monumental, cultural or restoration. It also has the charm of being an estate built in the nineteenth century, in the heart of the city, next to the Cervantes Theater, in what was formerly called "Barrio Alto" in Málaga, where numerous Palace Houses of the time were located. The apartments have been renovated respecting original furniture and construction elements such as floor tiles, woodwork and kitchen that have been restored to enjoy apartments with a special charm and at the same time enjoy all the comfort. PATIO apartment features a living area with a sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Capacity for 2 people. The main room has a double bed Queen size (150cm. by 1,90cm.) The living room has a flat screen TV. The house has A / C and heating. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, electrical heater, washing-dryer machine , coffee maker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and iron, portable drying rack. The bathrooms have a shower and have hand soap, gel, shampoo and hair dryer. Towels and sheets are also included. Guest access Perfect location to walk to all the essential tourist spots such as the Alzaba, the Roman Theater or the Picasso Museum. From the apartments we walk for 2 minutes to Plaza de la Merced, the nerve center of Malaga's social life. From there, we are less than 5 minutes walking to the main historical monuments of the city. Other things to note The building dates from the beginning of the 19th century and retains the charm of this golden age of the city, thanks to careful rehabilitation that has preserved its essence, enhancing the property's values. To protect its historical value we haven´t been able to install an elevator. Therefore, access is through functional stairs. PATIO apartment doesn´t have stairs to get to, as it is located on the ground floor. For your security in common areas of the house and access stairs there are surveillance cameras duly marked. We can arrange a transfer service from the apartment to the airport. The fare is €30.
