Historic building once owned by famous Russian composer Rimsky-Korsakov was rebuilt into 12 apartments in 1938. When we bought it, we wanted to keep the original classical decor elements, so the gypsum ceiling decor and some elements are original. Everything else is brand new and fresh painted-no smell of old house. The window is overlooking quite courtyard, and you won't even fell the crazy rhythm of Moscow city center. The space Stroll to Stariy Arbat (Old Arbat) -pedestrian street leading to Red Square or walk to Gorky Park-the oldest park in Moscow, Russia with an area of 40.8 hectares and a former Emperor's residence. Guest access Parking is not easy and expensive in Moscow. I will give you a remote for Neighbors only parking, that will save you up to $50 a day in parking costs. Other things to note There are few restaurants on Timura Frunze street that you may want to check. Local folks like to hang out in that area
