The "CoKon" cottage is an accommodation with an area of 52 m2 for a maximum of 5 people, it consists of 2 large bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom/toilet. With its soft and refined decoration, the first air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 X 200 cm queen size bed and a 126 cm Qled large screen TV with NETFLIX and also embellished with a desk, a small living room and opens onto a large private terrace. The second bedroom offers delicate decor with its 160 x 200 queen size bed topped with an elegant canopy, it also has a 90 x 190 bed and a 32" TV (air-conditioned room from early July 2025) The kitchen is fully equipped; you will find a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and everything you need for a pleasant stay. In a harmonious atmosphere with its original and neat decoration, the original bathroom has 2 sinks, a shower and a toilet; it is also equipped with a washing machine, a hairdryer and towels are provided. An adjoining and totally private wooden terrace of 25 m2, with oak table, bench and chairs is at your disposal. Intimate and sheltered from view by its height configuration, it can be the place for friendly lunches or beautiful and sweet evenings. Our heated maisonette is located at the foot of the accommodation's staircase The "le CoKon" gîte is minutes from the A35 highway (highway that crosses all of Alsace), it is beautifully located in Central Alsace (5 minutes from Colmar and about 90 km from Strasbourg). It is the ideal starting point for visiting the attractions of our beautiful region with villages, voted among the most beautiful in France and in winter, for the discovery of our enchanting Christmas markets and their magical atmosphere. Also note that the large amusement park Europa Park, which is well worth the detour, is 45 km away. The "Cokon" is nestled in a quiet residential area of Sainte-Croix-en-Plaine, a small quiet village, where you will find restaurants and all the necessary shops close to the accommodation (bakery, pharmacy, bank, post office, supermarket, doctor etc…). A children's playground is 100 m away (table tennis table, slide and climbing frame) and also 3 minutes from the "Cokon" is a fitness trail. Things to know: The Wi-Fi 7 is free and unlimited. A baby kit is available free of charge upon request (cot, highchair, bathtub).
