Within minutes walk of stunning golden beaches, amazing coastal path & close enough to the A30 to avoid the St Ives traffic -a perfect spot to explore West Cornwall & ideal for getting away for a week or long weekend! EV charger on site The space With bathroom underfloor heating, large walk in power shower, 43inch smart tv, super comfy double bed, and our bespoke designed stylish kitchenette including essentials such as microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge, this is a lovely private space to relax and unwind in. The south facing balcony definitely makes the most of the sun. BBQ also available in the summer! Linen and towels are luxurious and professionally cleaned at high temperatures. Guest access The studio is self contained with a separate entrance to the main residence. There is also a bistro table and chairs on the outside balcony area exclusively for use by guests. Other things to note Please note that while the kitchenette is well equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, cutlery and crockery and other utensils, it does not include an oven or a hob. The 7kWh type 2 EV charger is available for use at the cost of the current unit rate ( £0.25 / kWh approx)
