This house is an annex located on a private property, at the bottom of a garden and surrounded by gardens, for one or two adults. It is decorated in a chic and modern way, with a hall leading to a main room, an equipped kitchen and a shower room. The space The main room is equipped with a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable bed for 2 people, a large closet, a table and two chairs, a flat screen, Wi-Fi internet access and high-speed wired internet, with garden views. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, two ceramic hobs, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric kettle, an electric coffee maker, a set of plates, cutlery, etc. for six people. A videophone-intercom allows you to see guests on the street from the accommodation and to control the opening of a garden access gate. The accommodation is accessible to people with reduced mobility: access and accommodation entirely on one level; doors, toilet, sink, shower comply with standards.
