The tasteful vacation home offers a living area of about 91 m², two separate bedrooms and a large garden with plenty of space for a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation with family or friends! The heart of the vacation home is the light-flooded, open-plan living area on the ground floor with a comfortable sofa, armchair and TV corner, an adjoining dining room overlooking the garden and an open, excellently equipped kitchen with highlights such as a waffle iron, crêpe plate and raclette grill. The daylight and stylish design bathroom impresses with a floor-level shower, underfloor heating, washing machine, dryer, illuminated mirror and all-round successful ambience. On the 1st floor are both bedrooms: one of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), dresser and two bedside tables, the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (each 80x200 cm), dresser and TV. Cozy beanbags and a seating area with two cocktail chairs invite you to lounge and relax on the upper floor. On gray days, you can spend time with the large game collection or browse the existing books and magazines. The idyllic garden offers many beautiful retreats: a spacious dining area outside, a garden bench towards the edge of the field and two outdoor armchairs under fruit trees. As additional highlights there is a large garden trampoline for the little guests to let off steam, outdoor games such as badminton, Viking chess and even a hammock. You can park your car comfortably directly at the house on the outdoor parking space reserved for you, and there is a lockable shed for your bicycles. A free Wi-Fi connection is part of the basic equipment for you. A high chair is also included, as well as a vacuum cleaner and an ironing board. Please understand that this vacation home is a non-smoking home. Pets are not allowed here.
