If you are searching for relaxing place with garden to stay in Munich, this is perfect place for you. My apartment is good for families with kids or couples. There is beautiful, big park opposite apartment. Perfect for kids or morning jogging. In apartment there is treadmill that you can use as well. S-bahn(ground metro) is only 5 min walking distance from apartament. With it you get easily and fast to center - only 18 minutes. The space Apartment is on ground floor. It is only 4 min walking distance from metro (Sbahn) There is living room with dinning table and couch. There is TV but no TV programme, you can log in to your Netflix or any other streaming platform. In the living room there is a sign high bed too. From living room there is entrance to garden. Bedroom with double bed, treadmill. Kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Bathroom with bath and shower. Other things to note We live in our apartment and we let it only during our holidays. In apartment you can find few private belongings. Because this is my home and I really care about my neighbors, I do not allow parties, or even dinner parties at this location. Absolutely no guests or visitors unless prior permission has been given. Please read the rules of the house before booking. I am very strict about these and need to make sure we are in agreement.
