Little holiday house on a finca

46 m2 studio with panoramic ocean views. The cozy little house is located on a quiet estate in La Orotava. The terrace overlooking the ocean and the large roof terrace offer the perfect place to read, sunbathe or even telecommute surrounded by palm trees. The studio has a kitchen (new in 2023) and a sleeping area with a double bed (2 single mattresses), plus a spacious bathroom with a window. There is also a large bathroom with shower, parking and free wifi. The space The cozy house is fully equipped. It has a large living area with a small kitchen corner and a twin bed of 90 X 200 cm each, large bathroom and two terraces with beautiful views. Free and fast wifi is also available, therefore the house can be used also for home office purposes. The Finca itself has green gardens with different flowers, palm trees, lawn and fruit-bearing trees. Feel free to pick up vegetables and fruits, such as avocados and oranges. It is the perfect place to relax and meditate, abroad from the mass tourism but close to everything you need. Guest access The Finca has beautiful gardens which can be accessed by our guests. Moreover, a common swimming pool with a slide and stunning views is located at the Finca. Next to the pool there is a lawn and a small sauna (fees apply). Guests are allowed to take fruits and vegetables from our gardens, such as oranges, avocados, papayas, bananas, ... if available. Free WiFI and free parking lots. Table tennis is also available for free. Other things to note A glass of homemade marmalade is given to our guests when they arrive.
