Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor in a secure residence with indoor swimming pool, the flat has a living room with fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a fitted balcony and a pleasant terrace, offering you a lovely sea view! The beach is at your feet and accessible from the residence via a small private path. The space Accommodation: With a surface area of 50 m², the flat can accommodate up to 6 people and is composed as follows: - Living room with TV lounge - Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, crockery, hob, dishwasher), table for 4 people. - Balcony with garden furniture, sea view. - Bedroom 1: double bed 140 - Bedroom 2: double bed 160 - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90 - Shower room 1: shower + washbasin - Shower room 2: shower + washbasin - Separate toilet For babies: High chair and cot available on request. Facilities : Iron and ironing board (on request) Outside: - A pretty wooden terrace with a dining table for your meals and aperitifs to relax after a day of sightseeing, heated accompanied by its pretty sea view. In the residence : - Access to the shared indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its sea-view terrace. - Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower. - A parking space is available with a recharging point for electric vehicles. Other things to note Other comments : - access to the flat is via a rather cramped spiral staircase. - If you need to accommodate several families or groups of friends in the same place, we have additional accommodation available in this residence. We offer the following accommodation: Zephyr, Dionysos, Artemis, Villa Hestia and Le Littoral. Each property can be booked independently.
