But you will not regret this little effort. 🚫🅿️ NO parking is included with the accommodation. You can park on the streets around the accommodation, on the other side of the green belt/Promenade du Paillon, payable by parking meter. I recommend the public parking lots Promenade des Arts, 3 mins walk, public parking Marshall at 5 mins, or Port Lympia parking, less than 10 mins walk. Located in the city center/entrance to Old Nice, everything is easily accessible within walking distance or by public transportation. I do not specifically recommend a vehicle to reach my accommodation. 🚫🅿️ - 🚋 ☀️ You will find all the necessary comfort for your stay in Nice. The wall of the "small" bedroom is not complete (hence the loft-style and unique layout!). The skylight serves both the bedroom area and the open living/kitchen area. These details are purely for your information and do not pose any particular inconvenience for your stay.** 🚫 **I insist that I do not accept any parties or excessive noise. The residential building is well inhabited, so please respect the neighbors. Please lock the door carefully to respect the neighborhood.** 🔑 **Only one set of keys is available for guests. A second set of keys is available for an additional fee of €25, payable via Airbnb or on-site. There is NO intercom available for guests.** 🌱 **For ecological reasons, please turn off the air conditioning and equipment when you leave and upon departure. For the same reason, shower gel & shampoo are provided in "classic" formats, not individual ones, and will be renewed when half-full.** 🧴 **Cleaning products are available under the sink. I provide 2 rolls of toilet paper (one in use + 1 new) upon your arrival.** 🗑️ **Trash must be taken out upon departure.
