The Bell Tower House

Completely renewed 60mq apartment, located in Summonte, a medieval village known as one of the most wonderful village in Italy. The apartment is at 6 km far from A16 highway exit "Avellino Ovest". In less then 50 min, it's possible to reach some of the most beautiful places in the area as Naples, Salerno, Pompei, Reggia di Caserta and Amalfi coast. The space The house is located in the historical center, really close to the "San Nicola Church" bell tower. At the entrance, at the ground floor, there is the kitchen/living room and a small bathroom with the clothes washing machine. At the first floor there is the main bed room, with the king-size bed. At the last floor there is another bed room with two single beds and the main bathroom. The apartment is equiped with indipendent heating, a 4k 43'' smart TV and WiFi connection. In kitchen it's possible to find several cooking instruments like a toaster, a blender and orange juicer. Guest access Guests will exclusively use the property, which has an indipendent entrance faicing the square in front of the aprtment. In the neighborhood there's a free car parking, less then 50 meters from the house. Other things to note In less then 100 meters, you can find two small market, two bars, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy and some restaurants or pizzeria.
